Repeat Prescriptions

You are now able to order your prescriptions online. Please call into Surgery  to register

medicine_bottleYour repeat medication will be made available for a set period of time, but your medication will, however, need to be reviewed regularly. When you are due for such a check, a message will be attached to your medication when you call to collect it. Please respond to this message, as further repeats will not be available until you have seen the doctor. This decision has been made by your doctor and not by dispensing Staff. This is for your own benefit to ensure that the medication is still appropriate and that you have no side effects. In addition to this, your doctor has a responsibility to review repeat medication. You can order a repeat prescription by calling into the surgery and putting your order into the special box provided, or submitting your request in writing. Wherever possible, use the 'counterfoil' section from your previous prescription.

If you require a repeat prescription we require a minimum of 48 hours notice, longer if you order on a Friday, e.g. order at 9 am Tuesday morning - collect 9am Thursday, order at 2pm Friday afternoon - collect after 2pm Tuesday.

For all prescriptions that are delivered to a chemist please allow 72 hours before collecting your medication.
