If you require urgent medical assistance if the Practice is closed weekday daytime (up to 6.30 pm), please phone either Practice number - 0114 2697505 or 0114 2889777 - you will then be put through to the out of hours doctors.

If you require urgent medical assistance, and it is after 6.30 pm weekdays, at the weekend or on bank holidays, please use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Travel to the Practice

Both the main site and the branch site are on the number 52 bus route. There is on-road car parking available outside both sites.
