Sheffield Talking Therapies
Talking therapies, or psychological therapies, are effective and confidential treatments delivered by fully trained and accredited NHS practitioners. They can help with common mental health problems like anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). We have a Talking Therapies mental health worker, who is at the surgery 1 day a week. You can be referred by a GP at the surgery, or you can self-refer by contacting Sheffield Talking Therapies directly.
